一、 公司现状规模
  珠江灯光是一家专业从事智能化舞台、建筑灯光的研发和生产,拥有珠江灯光音响实业有限公司、佩斯朗光电有限公司、上海耐城激光技术有限公司三家子公司的大型灯光集团企业,在国内、国际都具有相当影响力。 近年来,珠江确立了以“创世界一流灯光企业,铸造国际顶尖灯光品牌,做民族企业的骄傲”为企业长远发展战略目标,推出自主创新品牌“PR”,全面引进国际先进管理理念,使珠江更是如虎添翼,迈入了可持续发展的快车道。占地10万平方米的珠江高新科技园的投入使用,标志着珠江迎来了“新高度、新契机”的全新“珠江时代”,“珠江”灯光正向集团化、多元化方向发展。

二、 品牌战略
  从2001年开始,推出自主品牌“PR”,全面实施国际品牌战略,先后在中国、美国、欧共体、俄罗斯、日本、韩国等国家取得注册证书并在美国、法国设立了国际销售服务中心,将“PR”逐渐推向国际灯光市场。
“PR”释义:P(Pure)代表纯粹,R(Reliability)代表可靠。

三、 先进的制造手段和科学管理模式
  珠江公司采用“人才为本、科技为先、市场为导、管理为实”的管理理念,除了在企业文化、科技、研发、经营体制、运行机制、人员培训等内容上下大功夫,在制造手段和科学管理模式上也投入了大量资源。九十年代,在行业中率先引进整套国际先进的数字化加工中心,全面推行ISO9001质量管理体系,2001年又投资百万建立“ERP企业资源网络管理系统”,通过运用网络管理手段,有效地整合和利用资源,提高了决策的准确性,在品质、速度、成本、效率等方面取得了新的竞争优势。聘请顾问管理公司,全面导入项目目标管理,充分挖掘员工潜能和工作积极性,运用5S管理方法,规范生产现场管理,提高工作效率及产品质量,培养员工良好的习惯和团队精神。

四、 研发创新,人才为先
  技术的不断深化革新是企业成长的原动力。公司成立专属研发中心,年薪百万聘请国内外顶尖专业灯光技术专家,汇聚众多科研技术人员,吸取国际同行的先进经验,迅速提升产品质量,推出了具有自主知识产权和市场竞争力的多项研究成果和新产品。珠江灯光是获得国家认证的高新技术企业。

五、 销售网络
  随着品牌知名度的提高,企业文化的提升,品牌战略目标的调整,公司取得了令人瞩目的成绩。目前,“安全、环保、节能”的珠江产品销售网络遍布国内各大中城市,60%的产品更出口到欧、美、亚等六十多个国家。

1. The Status
  PR is a professional lighting design and manufacture enterprise group in the fields of entertainment and architectural lighting. There are three subsidiaries in the PR Group: PR Lighting Ltd., Guangzhou Pixeon lighting Electrics Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Naicheng Laser Technology Ltd. The reputation of PR has been established not only in China but also in the worldwide.
In the last years, under the guidance of its long-term strategy – “Building a top-ranking lighting enterprise, Creating a global class brand, Being the pride of Chinese enterprise”, PR Lighting created its own brand “ PR”, introduced the modern management methods and ideas. All these helped PR achieve enormous success and be on the way of continuous development.
Now with the opening of PR’s new home - Pearl River Hi-Tech Industrial Park which has a total gross floor area 100,000 sqm, PR is tending towards a collectivize and diversified way and it has become a symbol of PR’s new age.

2. Brand strategy
  From 2001, PR Lighting has launched its own brand “PR”, and executed the global brand promotion strategy. Until now “PR” brand has been registered in China, USA, Europe, Russia, Japan, Korea and other countries. PR has also set up sales centers both in the USA and France. With all the effort, PR has become one of the key international players in the lighting industry gradually.
  Note: “PR”, P means “Pure”, R means “Reliability”.

3. Hi-Tech manufacture & Advanced management system
  By adopting a management idea of “ People is the principal, Technology is the first,Market is the guidance,Management is the heart”,PR invested many financial and material resources on manufacture technology and management system, and also paid much effort on the enterprise culture, R&D, staff training, and etc.
  In 1990s, PR imported a digital processing center system, which was the first one in the lighting industry in China, and introduced ISO9001 quality management system. In 2001, PR spent million RMB to establish a Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which help optimize the resource utilization and management decision. In the last years, PR employed Management Consultant to help make the management goal, build up the staff and workers’ effort and optimize the production environment by 5S method.

4. Innovation & Human resource
  The continuous innovation on technology is the original power for enterprises to develop. PR has established a technology research center and spent millions RMB to employ the top lighting technology specialists in the world. The specialists and the other technical staff have designed and launched many new salable and own technology products by improving the quality and adopting the advanced technology. PR Lighting Ltd. has been certified as the High-tech enterprise by the Chinese government.

5. Distribution
  With the brand well known and strategy adjusted, the distributors of PR spread all over China and about sixty percent of products were sold to Europe, USA, Asia and other more than sixty countries.
