Interface between sales colleagues & customers and QMs & PMs for all technical issues. |

Be responsible for all customer complaint. |

Willing to visit the site for complaint evaluation. |

Responsible for all testing matters, like CCC and CQC. |

Report to General Manager for all functional matters. |

Interface with PM for any new products development. |

Following up and providing the necessary technical support to the sales subsidiaries in the project markets. |

Provide product trainings to the sales colleagues and customers. |
