众明半导体与飞利浦签署LED专利技术合作协议

Civilight Shenzhen Semiconductor Lighting Co., Ltd. announced that they entered into apatent license agreement with Philips. The license provides Civilight with full access to the Philips’ LED-related patented technologies that Philips makes available to the lighting industry through its LED Luminaire and Retrofit Bulb licensing program.

Mr. Irving Pun (Corporate Strategy Director of Civilight) and Mr. Gregory Baque (Senior Director of IP & Standard, Philips) have attended the signing ceremony as business representatives, and cosigned the Patent Cooperation Agreement. Also some authoritative lighting industrial media were invited to attend and witness the signing ceremony in Shenzhen of China.

Mr. Irving Pun said: "We are very delighted to access to Philips LED lighting technology portfolio, with its edging LED technology will enhance Civilight future LED lighting products development and Civilight will provide more high performance LED lighting products with better LED technologies to our worldwide customers.”

Mr. Gregory Baque said: "We are pleased to have this cooperation with Civilight in LED lighting technology, the agreement will be conducive to the promotion of global LED lighting industry development.”
